Staff are always on time and well mannered, they always listen to what I want. Don and I enjoy the birthday parties and meeting new people. Management and staff are great at communicating and accommodating changes.

All the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Staff always communicate well with me and my family and arrive when they say they are going to. The staff do the best they can and always put me first.

The reason I picked your company was due to the lady who came out to interview me she was very helpful and talked through everything with me. The following week I was introduced to my support worker, she was a lovely girl we got on really well. Unfortunately, she left the company for another job which paid more money. Ive had a few support workers since then.

At the moment, my present support worker Is absolutely amazing plus nothing is a bother to your company especially when I have to change my days for specialist appointments. I am most happy with the support I receive. It’s all down to good management and happy staff members I would highly recommend your company as the service is outstanding.

Very happy to endorse Disability Services to prospective clients with special needs. The support team have been very friendly, personal, professional, approachable and serve my daughters needs very well. This makes my life so much less stress and more enjoyable knowing my daughter is happy to receive the care she needs to participate in life and receive that ongoing support to do so. Living at the Stormbird SIL I enjoy their positive values, morals, and respect toward me, they always do their best. The staff members are great and always happy, friendly, and humble. They have been a big help to ease my stress and make me feel comfortable. I have learnt to cook, they support me to go to the library to borrow books, they have also helped me with achieving my goals with my studio recording sessions. I’m really pleased with the support from National Premier Disability Services. There is nothing I would change. I am very happy with my support worker, he’s very supportive and his support has been first class. I am very happy with the way they have helped me with everything I need.

I have the same regular support workers every week and I really appreciate that if they can’t send me my regular workers, the team leader or the manager come to support me. I really appreciate that as I struggle with new people. I have always loved my support with NPDS as they encourage me to get everything I need done during my shift – they are very proactive, and I love how they motivate me.

National Premier Support Services support workers have helped me achieve my goals to quit smoking and lose weight. I’m happy and enjoy my support as my workers take me out to the gym, shopping, the movies and all my appointments, and they help me out to get done all the things I need to do at home. They have helped me with my goal of getting my pet fish.

My National Premier support workers have been great and very reliable. It has been great to have help to get out into the community, to go to the shops, local markets, and cafes. I really enjoy their company and wouldn’t want to change anything.
