NPDS can offer a range of home and living support options that meet your needs and are as unique and individual as you are. Our focus is always on listening to you, understanding your needs, wants, life goals & dreams – and supporting you to make them happen.

How we support you

NPDS will work with you to co-design a home that meets your needs. We will support you to understand the home and living component of your NDIS plan and explore all options available based on your identified funding and support needs.

NPDS can provide a range of support options – from drop in support, assisting and supporting you to live and maintain your independence whilst building on your daily life skills, through to providing you with a home that has assistance and support from staff 24/7.We will explore new options and alternative ways to support you that meet your preferences, and are designed to enhance your independence, strengths, and skills in your daily life.

Or you may be needing more temporary, supports, such as Short or Medium Term Accommodation. Whatever your package and support needs, we will work with you to meet your home and living goals while always treating you, and your family and friends, with dignity and respect.

The reason I picked your company was due to the lady who came out to interview me she was very helpful and talked through everything with me. The following week I was introduced to my support worker, she was a lovely girl we got on really well. Unfortunately, she left the company for another job which paid more money. Ive had a few support workers since then. At the moment, my present support worker Is absolutely amazing plus nothing is a bother to your company especially when I have to change my days for specialist appointments.
